Camp Fees
Includes meals, classes, and workshops (some classes and workshops have additional fees). Onsite lodging is in shared, spacious, modern cabins set amongst 225 acres of tan oak, madrone, redwood, and Douglas-fir.

$35 of your fee is subject to California State Sales tax. This sales tax is included in the amounts in the table above. This fact is included for your information and in order to conform to state law.
Class and workshop registration:
Once you have registered and received your registration number, you can
register for limited-size classes and forays starting on October 15th, 2024
Cancellation policy:
Cancelling your registration and receiving a refund comes with restrictions. Please note that this policy is new for this year.
The cancellation fee is $25 per person plus the 3% PayPal fee that we are unable to recover from PayPal. For the remaining balance,
100% will be refunded if we receive your cancellation by midnight December 15, 2024, or 50% will be refunded if we receive your
cancellation by midnight December 31, 2024. Camp supplies are being purchased in December, so a firm headcount is required.
Register and pay your camp fees with PayPal. Registration is online only -- there is no mail-in registration this year.

Please Note: Volunteers and staff must have pre-approval before registering. Please read the new policy below and contact the volunteer coordinator for more info.
The volunteer policy is new for this year. Volunteers can still attend camp at no charge in exchange for a minimum number of hours worked. However, this year we require volunteers to pay a base fee of $50 for attending camp, and this fee will be reimbursed when proof of hours worked is provided to the volunteer coordinator. For volunteers staying onsite, a non-refundable $100 fee will be added.
